Glad to hear you are enjoying NZ. Pity we missed you but we left for home Mar 13th via Sydney and Singapore. How did you like Wellinton. We thought it was a fantastic city, small enough to enjoy but with loads of amenities. Scorching Bay was our favorite. We miss the NZ coffee and fish&chips!

Sorry we missed you both as well. But we were having a blast in the north island we didn't get down to wellinmgton till later than expected. We are really enjoying our time here and we have not found a bad place yet but soem are better than others. We only spent a day or so in Wellington but agree taht it's a wonderful place especially since its a capital city. We wandered around the centre but didn't see much more I'm afraid.
Did you get onto the South Island for much of your stay? We really enjoyed Wanaka and Queenstown areas and SOuthland has been wonderful even in teh cold and rain.. We are slowley heading back towardfs Nelson fro the last 3 weeks

Hi Guys
Just to say a very big HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to Jon & Anne. Tried to text u at 11 pm last night so u would have it at start of your day but after typing v v long text it failed to send. Tried again this morn but it just won't go!! So thought I would hit the blog to send on our best wishes. Great to speak to u the other day and then of course your call for abbie's birthday - I think it was the icing on the cake for her (pardon the pun!!). She had a fantastic time. Two parties: on the day with family and day after with friends. We are so worn out that David and I didn't wake up till 9.45 this morn and that was only cos the phone rang. Apparantely Kids have been up since 7.30 but played non stop on Abbies brand new nintendo DS. They didn't think to help themselves to breakfast - or - more importantly - do any school work. Therefore we are having an impromptu day off. It is now 12.20 pm and I still haven't even got in the shower!!!
Anyway - must start thinking about fixing lunch and getting dressed. Hope u r continuing to enjoy NZ (but not too much! ha ha) and look foward to catching up with u soon.

we are still here charting your progress.Started to do some decorating before you get back!Keep getting interupted by going out for walks and lunches.Had Abbey and Eden for the day today and they know exactly how many days before you return.Dave and Sandra send their love (met them for lunch yesterday)as do Brenda and John.Hope cards have arrived,you are still in the black!Nothing much exciting here,life going on as normal.
Gary up to his eyes with work so a bit delayed getting photos on to the link.Can't wait until we see them.
